Ingredients

  • 180 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g oats
  • 180 g flour
  • 1.5 tea spoon baking powder
  • 200 g fresh berries

Directions
………………………………………………………………………………………………………

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately
  3. Combine them together
  4. Divide butter into baking tray for cupcakes and bake for 20 minutes until thy become golden.

    Your recipe and presentation is beautiful and inspiring. :) I made the berry muffins using flax seed paste as egg substitute – it turned out gummy inside. Is there any other substitute for egg that you’d recommend or any tips that I need to keep in mind that could help?
